We give young people an opportunity to start their career from scratch, without previous experience, which is often required for work in other companies. Our training specialists’ team takes care of the new employees from the very first day. Newcomers are provided with paid training, where prospective specialists learn all duties of their new roles. At the same time we also integrate employees into the environment of our company.
At the end of the training process, new employees join one of the existing teams, where supportive and cooperative colleagues help them with fitting in the team, creating a sense of unity and encourage to work both for the team and for the individual's goals.
Each team has a team leader, who is not only a person of trust, but is also a skilled manager, who supports, encourages employees for higher accomplishments and helps with developing their skills and acquirements.
